J. Macklin’s Grill Community Fundraiser

Feed It Forward partnered with J. Macklin’s Grill for a community fundraising event that combined local business support with charitable impact. In the weeks leading up to the fundraiser, volunteers distributed flyers throughout the community, promoted the event on social media, and encouraged local residents to dine at J. Macklin’s Grill during the designated fundraising hours. During the event, volunteers greeted guests, welcomed supporters, and shared information about Feed It Forward’s mission to combat food insecurity and homelessness through meal preparation and community outreach.

Through J. Macklin’s Grill’s generosity, 15% of proceeds from participating purchases were donated directly to Feed It Forward. The fundraiser provided an excellent opportunity to engage with community members, raise awareness about our mission, and strengthen relationships with local supporters. Thanks to the participation of restaurant guests and community advocates, the event raised over $200 to support future meal service projects and outreach initiatives. This partnership demonstrated how local businesses and nonprofit organizations can work together to create meaningful change and support vulnerable populations throughout the community.
