Christian Community Action Volunteer Service Project

Feed It Forward volunteers partnered with Christian Community Action (CCA) to support their food pantry operations and assist families experiencing food insecurity. Throughout the service project, volunteers worked alongside CCA staff to sort, organize, and stock a variety of donated food items, including canned goods, grains, vegetables, proteins, and pantry staples. By carefully categorizing and arranging these items, our volunteers helped maintain an efficient and organized food distribution system capable of serving hundreds of families.

This volunteer experience provided our team with valuable insight into the challenges many families face while highlighting the importance of community partnerships in addressing hunger. By helping prepare the pantry for future distributions, Feed It Forward contributed to CCA’s ongoing efforts to ensure that families have reliable access to nutritious food and essential resources.
